Welcome to CricGem. By accessing or using our fantasy cricket platform, you agree to comply with the following Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.  

 1. Eligibility  
- You must be at least 18 years old to use CricGem.  
- Residents of states where fantasy sports are restricted by law cannot participate in paid contests.  
- You must have a valid bank account or digital wallet for withdrawals.  

 2. Account Registration & Security  
- Users must provide accurate details during registration.  
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.  
- CricGem reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts found engaging in fraudulent activities.  

 3. Gameplay & Fair Play  
- CricGem offers fantasy contests where users can create teams and earn points based on real-life match performances.  
- The platform strictly prohibits unfair practices, including multiple account usage, third-party assistance, or any form of match manipulation.  
- If a match is canceled or abandoned, CricGem may refund contest fees at its discretion.  

 4. Prizes & Withdrawals  
- Winnings are credited to your CricGem wallet and can be withdrawn to a verified bank account.  
- Users must complete KYC verification before initiating withdrawals.  
- Taxes, if applicable, will be deducted as per government regulations.  

 

 6. Responsible Gaming  
- Users should play responsibly and avoid excessive gaming.  
- CricGem is not liable for financial losses incurred by users.  

 7. Legal Compliance & Restrictions  
- CricGem operates in accordance with Indian laws. Users from restricted states, including Assam, Odisha, Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Tamil Nadu, Nagaland, and Sikkim, are not allowed to participate in paid contests.  
- CricGem reserves the right to modify or terminate services at any time.  

 8. Intellectual Property  
- All content, logos, and trademarks on CricGem belong to the company and cannot be used without permission.  

 9. Limitation of Liability  
- CricGem is not responsible for any technical glitches, server downtime, or third-party failures that impact gameplay.  
- Users participate at their own risk.  

 10. Amendments  
- CricGem may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes.

11. Information We Collect
We collect different types of information for various purposes, including improving our services and ensuring compliance with applicable laws.

11.1 Personal Information (Provided by You)
Name, Email Address, Phone Number – Required for account creation, login, and communication.
Date of Birth & Location – Ensures eligibility as per fantasy gaming laws.
Payment Details – Required for deposits and withdrawals (processed securely through third-party payment gateways).

11.2 Third-Party Information
If you log in via Google or Facebook, we may collect profile details as per their policies.
We use Google Analytics & Firebase to monitor app performance.

19. Account & Data Deletion
We respect your right to delete your account and associated data. If you no longer wish to use CricGem, you can request to delete your account by following these steps:

19.1 How to Request Account Deletion
You can request account deletion in the following ways:

Via the App:

Go to Settings > Account > Delete Account and follow the instructions.
Via the Web Form:

Submit a request through our dedicated Account Deletion Form.
Via Email:

Send an email to support@cricgem.com with the subject "Request to Delete My CricGem Account" and include your registered email ID & user details.

19.2 What Happens After Account Deletion?
✅ Your account will be permanently deleted within 7-10 business days.
✅ All personal data, including game history and payment details, will be erased.
✅ Any pending withdrawals or transactions must be completed before deletion.
✅ Some financial records may be retained for legal compliance.

19.3 Important Notes
Once deleted, your account cannot be restored.
